Kary Shop Return Policy

1. Return Period

  • General Policy: You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
  • EU Customers: Under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with the same condition requirements as above.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn/unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging) and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants);
    • Custom products (special orders, personalized items);
    • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products);
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
    • Sale items and gift cards.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

    • For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, include your order number, contact details, and photos of damages (if applicable) in your email. Retain all items and packaging until your claim is resolved.
  2. Receive Return Instructions:

    • If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for where to send the package. Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item:

    • Return the goods in original packaging (including all accessories and components) without undue delay.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Kary Shop Covers Return Costs If:

    • The item is damaged or defective;
    • Parts are missing;
    • The wrong item was shipped or items are missing;
    • The item does not match the description;
    • Shipping was delayed.
  • Customer Covers Return Costs If:

    • The wrong item was ordered;
    • The item is unwanted (change of mind);
    • A better price was found elsewhere;
    • The purchase was unauthorized;
    • The item does not fit the intended purpose.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

  • If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. For faster assistance, email us with your order number, details, and photos of damages. We will either arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

6. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and inform you if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
